Staging Your Home

Staging a home is a great way to make it more desirable to potential buyers. It’s a way to sell more than just the sticks and bricks. You’re actually selling a lifestyle. Simple things like cleaning up clutter and adding flowers, light and pleasing scents – all improve the look and feel of any home.

I offer staging services for all of my home sellers. It can be as simple as helping to improve the overall appeal of your home to adding furniture and decorations to empty homes to give it personality.

Home Staging Tip

The kitchen is the number-one room of influence to buyers, so start there in making your home more appealing.

-  Make it look larger by removing items off of the counter tops and tables

-  Clean the entire kitchen until it’s spotless and shines (adding nice scents help too)

-  To top it off add a few flowers, a nice fruit bowl (they can be fake) and some new kitchen towels
