Living in Pendleton, Indiana
Nestled between Anderson and Indianapolis, IN, Pendleton is a quiet small town with big town qualities. This historic place rests along Fall Creek and offers arts and crafts shops, expanding businesses and beautiful Falls Park.
Though the main industry in the area has started to downsize, there have been new service industry jobs, manufacturing plants and corporate offices springing up in the area. This has helped increase the value of existing homes and encourage new construction. No matter your reason for moving to Pendleton, it’s a wonderful place to live with friendly residents, neighborhood comradery and a great area to raise your children.
Pendleton is one of my favorite small towns in Indiana, and I’m always excited to show people around. Please call me at 317.506.4450 if you’re planning on buying or selling a home in the area.
